The Black Comptroller Employees Association celebrated Juneteenth 2013 with Michael Williams, Commissioner of Education as the keynote speaker in Austin, Texas. The theme of the celebration was "Education in the African-American Community in 2013." This event was held in the William B. Travis State Building on June 6, 2013.
