Paul Simon Announces “A Quiet Celebration Tour”
![]() ![]() Join Paul Simon for an evening of music and conversation in Austin at the Bass Concert Hall on April 8, 10, and 11, 2025.
This tour will feature the live debut of Simon's Grammy-nominated album, Seven Psalms, as well as a celebration of his timeless classics.
Seven Psalms will be presented in its entirety and will feature Edie Brickell Live.
According to Paul Simon's website (Paul Simon Announces "A Quiet Celebration Tour" ), Simon, who has been dealing with severe hearing loss, has chosen intimate venues with optimal acoustics for this tour. The tour kicks off on April 4 in New Orleans and will travel throughout North America and Canada, concluding in Seattle on August 3rd.
The band will include talented musicians such as Caleb Burhans, Jamey Haddad, Gyan Riley, Mick Rossi, Andy Snitzer, Nancy Stagnitta, Mark Stewart, Eugene Friesen, Steve Gadd, and Matt Chamberlain.
Paul Simon was previously in Austin, Texas, on Friday, September 22, 2017, for the Harvey Can't Mess With Texas: A Texas Strong Benefit Concert for Hurricane Relief at the Frank Erwin Center.
