Jazz and smooth-jazz fans enjoyed a thrilling evening with Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Kenny G at the Paramount Theatre in Austin on February 11. The performance began with Kenny captivating the audience from the third row of the aisle, where he played his soprano saxophone while standing atop a black storage locker, allowing many attendees to experience his artistry up close. As the concert progressed, Kenny G delighted the crowd with a selection of his iconic songs spanning four decades, alongside new tracks from his latest album. The nearly two-hour show culminated in a special raffle for a saxophone, and afterward, over a hundred fans lined up to take a photo with the artist, with the only requirement being the purchase of a CD, record album, or poster.
