Texas Legislative Black Caucas 2019
The Texas Legislative Black Caucas held the 2019 African American Legislative Summit on February 24-26. The Texas Legislative Black Caucas celebrated 45 years of service in the Texas State Legislature. This was one of the best African American Legislative Summits celebrated. Courtney Johnson Rose was sworn in by Senator Boris Miles as the new Texas Association of African American Chamber of Commerce (TAAACC) Chair on February 26, 2019.
