Downtown Austin was full of people wearing costumes and people bar hoppers on Halloween night from Sixth Street to the Warehouse District. There were long lines at the bars that were open on Sixth Street. Some people decided to head over to Speakeasy on Congress Street, where the line was slightly shorter. Nevertheless, the blocked-off streets were bustling with people of all ages well past midnight.
